2. Personalization Information

To create personalized stories, HeroMe may request information such as:

• Child's first name
• Interests or hobbies
• Photo(s)
• Dedication message (optional)

This information is used solely to generate the customized story.

HeroMe does not require or request sensitive personal information such as:

• Home address of the child
• School name
• Contact information belonging to the child

3. Digital Products

Digital storybooks are provided as downloadable files (such as PDF). Once delivered, digital purchases are generally non-refundable, except in cases of technical error or file corruption.

4. Printed Books

Printed books are custom products made to order. Because each book is personalized, printed orders are not eligible for return or resale, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

All content on the HeroMe website, including:

• Characters
• Branding
• Logos
• Story formats

is owned by HeroMe and protected by intellectual property laws.

Customers may use purchased stories for personal family use only. Content may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed commercially without permission.

HeroMe provides its services “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeroMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.
