Because HeroMe products are personalized and made specifically for each child, the following policies apply:

Digital Storybooks

Digital downloads (PDF versions) are considered delivered once access to the file is provided. For this reason, digital purchases are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Printed Books

Printed books are custom-produced and cannot be returned or resold. However, if your book arrives damaged, defective, or contains a production error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.

Our goal is for every family to be happy with their HeroMe story, and we will do our best to resolve any issues quickly.
